SOMIC’s E1 open-ear wireless headphones use an ear-hook design that leaves the ear canal open. A review published on the SOMIC website explores how this approach fits everyday activities, from office listening to exercise.
The E1 features 16.2 mm dynamic drivers, music and gaming listening modes, and dual microphones for calls. The review highlights the fit and sound while noting that touch-control sensitivity could be improved.
Battery life is listed at up to seven hours per charge and up to 28 hours with the charging case. The open-ear format offers an alternative for listeners who prefer to keep their ear canals unobstructed.
